3. 1.) 1,500 pack palabok noodles 2.) 1/4 cup pork broth 3.) 1 tbsp atsuete (annatto) 4.) 4 tbsp cornstarch 5.) 2 tbsp cooking oil 6.) 3 cloves of garlic (chopped) 7.) 1 red onion (chopped) 8.) 1/2 kg ground pork 9.) 1/4 kg shrimp (cooked and deshelled) 10.) 1 cup squid (pusit)(cooked and sliced) 11.) 3 1/2 cups of pork broth 12.) 3 tbsp fish sauce (patis) 13.) pepper -For toppings- 14.) hard-boiled egg 15.) tinapa flakes 16.) crushed chicharon 17.) chopped spring onions 18.) crispy garlic bits

4. 1.) Cook noodles accorfing to package directions, drain and set aside. 2.) Dissolve the atsuete in the pork broth. 3.) Mix the cornstarch in until it is completely dissolved. Set aside. 4.) In a wok, heat & add the cooking oil, 5.) 2 tbsp cooking oil, garlic. onions, ground pork, shrimp, and squid (pusit). 6.) Set aside the half for topping. 7.) Add the other measured pork broth, fish sauce, and then season with pepper. Mix for a while. 8.) Then add atsuete mixture and cook until sauce has reduced. 9.) Put the noodles in the sauce and mix. 10.) After mixing, put in a plate then top the palabok with the remaining meat mixture. 11.) Add all toppings then serve with calamansi. 12.) Enjoy! :)
